brings you a listing of women artists who are showing and/or performing in town. This is
just another way to make women artists visible.
How are we getting our information? Scouring the local papers for every woman's name
we can find and notifying galleries/theatres, etc. that
we are here if they want to send us their
notices AND most importantly getting information from
YOU! If you know any women artists who are showing
or performing in town (or if you are showing or
performing anywhere in town...) be sure to let us know we'll make
sure it gets on our list. Use our Join/Contact
Us form to clue us in to anything you are aware of
that we may not get to hear about through the normal
channels ... if it is a woman artist out in public we want to know
about it ....
The Artists are presented in alphabetical order by last
name. We are listing all the information we
can find about each exhibit or performance. If you
call about an artist please let them know where you
found the information ...
